1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Student”, “You”) and Launchlytics, a division of Uipro Corporation Pvt. Ltd. By enrolling in the CPBAF program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by all rules mentioned here.

2. Registration Fee (Strictly Non-Refundable)

A registration fee of ₹2,500 is mandatory at the time of applying.

❗ This registration fee is **strictly non-refundable under all circumstances**, including withdrawal, cancellation, or non-attendance.

3. Program Fee (Course Fee)

The tuition fee for the CPBAF program is:

• ₹80,000 (incl. GST) — With Fooding & Lodging
• ₹75,000 (incl. GST) — Without Fooding & Lodging

📌 Course Fee becomes non-refundable if you fail to follow training requirements, attendance rules, assessments, or placement process as described in Section 5.

4. 100% Job Guarantee / Money-Back Guarantee

This guarantee is based on your full participation and compliance. We guarantee job interview opportunities with our placement partners. In case you do not receive a job offer, a refund may be processed only if you fully meet all refund eligibility criteria.

5. Mandatory Requirements to Remain Eligible for Refund

To qualify for the Job Guarantee or Money-Back, you MUST complete every requirement below. Even one non-compliance will make the fee **non-refundable**.

• Minimum 90% attendance in all classes and sessions.
• Mandatory completion of all assignments, tests, assessments, and projects.
• Active participation in soft skills, mock interviews, group discussions, and counselling sessions.
• Must appear for every interview arranged by the placement team.
• No rejecting interviews without official written justification.
• No rejecting job offers that match your skill level, salary bracket, and job role.
• No misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of training rules.

❗ If you miss interviews, skip assignments, perform poorly intentionally, show lack of cooperation, or violate instructions — the **refund will not be processed**.

6. Refund Conditions (Strict Rules)

A refund may be processed only when ALL of the following are true:

• You have completed all assignments, tests, assessments, and training modules.
• You attended all scheduled mock interviews and counselling sessions.
• You appeared for every interview provided to you.
• You did not receive any job offer within the defined placement period.
• You did not reject or ignore any job opportunity.
• You are not terminated due to misconduct or discipline issues.
• Placement timeline has been fully completed.

⚠ Refund approval is subject to a strict internal review. Decision of Launchlytics will be final.

7. Student Behaviour & Code of Conduct

• Maintain discipline during classes and accommodation (if applicable).
• No abusive language, harassment, or disruption allowed.
• No misuse of property, equipment, or training materials.
• No misrepresentation of identity or qualifications.

8. Placement Rules

• You must attend every interview scheduled by the placement team.
• Your resume and identity documents must be genuine.
• You must respond to placement calls/messages within 24 hours.
• You must follow grooming and presentation guidelines.

9. Fee Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid on time as per schedule.
• Late fees may be applied for delayed payments.
• No refunds for change of mind, relocation, illness, or non-attendance.

10. Fooding & Lodging (If Opted)

• Accommodation rules must be followed strictly.
• Damage to property is chargeable.
• Misconduct may lead to eviction without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

Launchlytics is not responsible for any loss due to personal decisions, relocation, health issues, external economic conditions, or your performance in interviews.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued participation implies acceptance of revised Terms.
